Phonophoresis
Phonophoresis is a method of introducing active agents into the surface layers of the skin using an ultrasonic wave. The essence of the technique is that under the influence of ultrasound, the molecules of the substance penetrate into the surface layers of the epidermis through the pores of the skin.
In tissues, under the influence of ultrasound, micro-massage occurs at the cellular level, which helps to soften skin tissues, increase blood circulation, accelerates metabolic processes and eliminates toxins, and also increases the formation of histamine, heparin, and serotonin. They strengthen the immune system and enhance mood.
To achieve a high-quality and long-term result, we recommend conducting a phonophoresis course 1-2 times a week for 10-15 procedures, depending on the type of skin and the substance administered.
